I have not posted for a few weeks, I have been negligent in my reporting. I have been sticking to my diet and I need to post for the past 3 weeks. For the Week of July 6 thru July 12, I have a negative 4. For the week of July 13 thru July 19, I have another negative 4, and for the week of July 20 thru July 27, I have a negative 3.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
