I am out here!!!! And I need some serious recharging!!! I feel the desire but I also feel the exaustion to sit and sleep all day long ;) I just need someone to jump on board with me. Someone that has as far as I do to go. I really need some encouragement because I am affraid I have lost Alfalfa he just has no drive right now. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
I am still here and in the game more than ever. It is my goal to get back down to my lowest weight before the end of the year. If I am really good and do everything that I am supose to it shouldn't be to hard. The only thing is the time of year :) I am here because I need encouragement as well. I know I don't have a long way to go but it is also the hardest part for me to lose. I am here for help and for helping :)
I am here too! I think we all are wanting some results, but know the "eating" season is upon us. I say, lets make some goals that we can achieve - regardless of the holidays. I think waiting will only make things worse. If you think about the goals we have had in the past, it is not anything we can't do and STILL enjoy our parties. Let's get going! My goal (again) 5 veggies a day and water! If I achieve this goal this week and will buy myself a new pair of gloves on black friday (I know that sounds lame, but I really need some :) Good luck everyone!
Here is some motovation I think...Lets not call it the "eating season" Why do we have to make excuses to eat more than we should? I know there will be parties but we have all handled that before with out going overboard. This is just a regular winter season and no excuse to induldge I think.
Rex Quan Do had a 21 pound loss. The Biggest Loser had a 20 pound loss. Thunderbuns had a 20 pound loss. Poppy had a an 11 pound loss. Alfalfa had a 10 pound loss. Zody had an 8 pound loss. Saints Fan had an 8 pound loss.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
