My new "hard" goal

This may not seem very hard to some of you, but it is really what I need, so here goes. From now till Christmas I am not going to get on the scale. I know that sounds counter productive, but I think it will really help me put my focus where it belongs. The really difficult part of my goal is that I am going to work out at LEAST 3 times a week from now until then. I keep making this goal and it keeps not happening for more than two weeks at a time. I am going to try a gym membership and see if the money out of my pocket will motivate me to keep going.

well...that should be easy considering you don't have a scale :) Are you going to do measurements or anything, or just go totally on how you feel? Or just that you are excercising 3x a week. "they" say to make sure when you have a goal to make sure it is measurable so you can tell if you are achieving it. Just a thought.

I'm a firm beiever in Gym memberships. I have found that if I pay for something and set aside a time to go then I will work out. I love the variety a gym offers and when you are in the gym you have to work out hard or you look really silly. So good plan.

PS - Try a spinning class it works wonders!!!
