I'm doing her 30 day shred video along with my spinning class. It is a 20 minute INTENSE workout - but I've noticed some shrinking in my legs - YAY!!!!! So I am using it as my strength training and the spinning class as my cardio.
Rex Quan Do had a 21 pound loss. The Biggest Loser had a 20 pound loss. Thunderbuns had a 20 pound loss. Poppy had a an 11 pound loss. Alfalfa had a 10 pound loss. Zody had an 8 pound loss. Saints Fan had an 8 pound loss.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
