I Am Thinking About Losing Weight

I thought about losing some weight this week and magically I did. Put me down for a 2 pound loss.

March Goals...

5 hours of tv a week (Yes, I know it's March Madness. Go Syracuse!!!)
2 nightly strolls down the lane a week
8 servings of vegetables/fruits a day
Increase global temperature to a high of 70 degrees before months end

saying you think about losing weight and you lose it to a group of mostly women is just like putting a big target on your chest in front of a firing squad!!

Now tell the truth...you are working HARD to lose this weight...you go to work an hour early every day to exercise, you're passing up treats offered to you, you're drinking gallons of water, I can't keep enough fruits and veggies in the house...

Give yourself the credit (if for nothing but your own safety)

Looking forward to making pineapple spears part of the fruit count of your day!! and leisurly strolling down Main Street (hopefully we're not running chasing get-a-way children!)

Yes you did put a big target on yourself but if you can increase the global temperature 70 degrees we will all love you and bring you carrot sticks and celery ;)

You can always make me laugh! I think those goals sound awesome - I may take a page from your book. Way to go on the loss - AGAIN!! I am afriad to see how much you lose if you do more than think about it.
