Well I will start the weigh in's off for the day. I am a -1 BLAAAAA I so wish it was Thursday when we weighed in I was lots less then but this is the day so this is what it is :) Still down (just not as good as I thought)

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
