I got it into my head that training for the Top of Utah Marathon was my goal, I lost focus on the weight loss. Starting today I have turned my attention back to weight loss with using my training for the marathon as a tool to help with weight loss.
I have moved from 4 days of running to now working out 6 days, 4 running and 2 weight lifting. I am going to start watching what I eat again and I will be checking the scale Monday morning so I can report my progress.
I have decided to start Summer out fresh with a goal of 31 pounds lost before Autumn rolls around on September 23. Cookie, if you would, please reset my weight loss to zero.
Success from last week...I ran seven miles without stopping, most ever for me.

good for you :) and for the record...he wants a zero to see the progress to the next goal...he did not gain 41 back!
You are so amazing :) There is a 5 or 10k in Kaysville on the 3rd of July if you want to sign up for that as training. When is your marathon? I would like to be there to cheer you on!!!
7 MILES!!!! That is freaking amazing!!!!! BRAVO!!!!! And I think we need to reset him if he wants but keep a running total someplace because it is AMAZING!! And I would want to see the big total if it were me :) GO SAINTS FAN!!!!!
Truth be told, I have gained back five of the 41 I have lost. I am going to lose that five plus another 5 before end of July.
