Sorry for the absence :)

Sorry Cookie you have been the only member around for a while. So I thought I would share with you all what I have been up to latley. I have been doing LOTS of walking/running which has turned into more walking this last little while because my knee started hurting. I am happy to report that it feels MUCH better this morning. Which leads me to believe that it isn't anything serious and that makes me VERY HAPPY!!!!!! (well I am still hoping) So now I think I just need to strengthen my knee so it can take the impact that running puts on it. I have been given a few tips so hopefully they will work :) Weight wise I haven't changed too much it depends on the day (sometimes it sucks being a woman :) ) But on average and it has been quite a while I want to delare myself officaly down 25 lbs!!!!!!!!! WAHOO!!!!!!! I do like the days it is closer to 30 but I am getting there slowly but surly I will make it!!!!! I am feeling a TON better about myself. Still don't "LOVE" the outside person I see in the mirror yet but I will get there :) Thanks Club Zero buddies!!!!!!!
