Our Purpose
To help motivate and encourage weight loss and healthy living in a positive way.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

true, I do think everything is easier in St. George :) Also, after you do something on a constant basis it will get easier and easier. Way to go :) I should come walk with you sometime :)
Yeah for easier exercise! Maybe that foot adjustment is finally working.
