I have to celebrate with someone. I am still determined not to get on the scale for at least a few more weeks, but I measured today and I have lost 2 1/2 inches from my waist since September. I am so excited because this is my hardest part of my body to loose and it is finally getting smaller. Thanks for letting me share my best NSV yet!

I thought that everyone had given up. Good to see someone again. My body has found a place that it likes. I don't , but it does. I think I will let it enjoy it until the Holiday is over and then I will try to convince it that it likes a different place.

I'm feeling like Poppy....I don't really want to stay where I am, but don't really have the motivation to move right now....I know it is crazy. Me and a girlfriend plan on joining Curves in January(when we will have plenty of company!!!) We only have a one month free pass, but maybe that will spark some motivation. Congrats on your 2 1/2 inches, that is a fabulous NSV!!!
