My Last Chance Workout (LCW) was amazing this week. It included a 30 minute run on the treadmill, 2.5 miles non stop! I followed that up with 2.5 miles on the elliptical, then cooled down on the bike. I had some really great workouts this week that resulted in meeting my 30 pound pre-vacation goal.
Down 4 pounds!
