I am taking on a new challenge. I am surrounded by physical fitness fanatics here at Ft. Rucker. There are definitely perks to the army life. They are very strict about your physical fitness. Dave has to take a PT TEST once a month. I got curious at what I would have to do to pass a PT Test as a female. I looked it up and have taken on a new challenge. My goal is to Max my PT Test in 12 weeks. That means that I will be at 100% on every requirement. Sooooooo if it is ok I would like to take the first Monday of every month to report my progress. If anyone else is curious to know what their score would be here is the link......... (make sure you pick male or female)

What a great idea. This takes me back 18 years, to the best shape of my life. I'm on board...
Push-Ups...44%
Sit-Ups...46%
Run...41%
Long way to go.
Nope..... not a long way to go... your half way there!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!
Yikes! Those are some challenging goals, but I think I may just try it. I will measure my results and check in.
btw on sit ups I am assuming they mean a full sit up? Is there any time limit?
Yes..... there is a time limit on the situps and the push ups. You have 2 minutes... ready... set... go!!!!! They have to be 100% full sit ups with your hands not leaving the back of your head or they don't count and the pushups have to be full pushups - no knees on the floor. :(
