Tuesdays are my reporting days....

New stats.......


Push ups 67%
Sit ups 54%
2 Mile Run 87%

I'm improving...... (a little) Right now I'm running my two mile in a little less than 18 minutes. I am really going to work on speed drills for the next couple weeks. To be able to max your run you need to be able to run 2 miles in 15:54. That is really running!!!!! I am actually running at a pretty good little pace now so this will take some work. Wish me luck!!!!!

Just for the record --- I have hit my 00. I actually am not at my all time lowest weight or in perfect swimsuit model condition.... BUT ..... I can get up and run my 32 year old body 7 miles a day and that feels good. I am at the weight that my body and me are comfortable with. If it is still ok... I'd like to still use this blog as a way to maintain......?????
