I am sick of the stand still. I am coming back!!!! I joined Weight Watchers today and plan to make things get moving!!! Wish me luck!!!

Our Purpose
To help motivate and encourage weight loss and healthy living in a positive way.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

way to go...I loved Weight Watchers and it's the only time in the last few years I really lost weight...maybe that tells me something...hmmmmm
