Well sorry to all my Club Zero buddies that actually did my challenge. With 5 sick kids this week and 6 trips to the doctors office time for me was non existant. So that is my goal for this week again. If you would like to join me again I would love it :) If you did it last week I want to hear all about it!!!

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
