Following my doctors visit, I am feeling a little motivated. I found a 5K, in Farmington on April 24th. You are all invited to join me...
They have early registration by April 17, for immediate family $50 for 6 or $15 for 1. Age groups are 12 & under, 13 - 18, 19 - 34, and 35 +.

I have looked at that a number of times since there are banners up every where in my neighborhood :) I can't get work off though :( sorry, I won't be able to join you.
