My goals for the week

#1. No snacking after I put the kids to bed. Just because I am choosing to watch TV dosen't mean I have to be feeding my face at the same time. (Eaisier said than done..lol)

#2. Include a fruit or a veggie in every meal. (Thank you Bountiful Baskets for making this a little eaisier)
