A -2 for me. I haven't seen results on the scale for a long time so this was a real surprise! I also crossed one of those landmark numbers that puts me closer to my 00. Still workig out, but doing better on the fruits and veggies (as I know many of us are). Keep up the good work everyone. We will get there!!!

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
