I forgot to post yesterday..... My weight is down 1 this week. I am excited about that but I am sure that it will be short lived. We are headed to Florida for a beach vacation until Tuesday...... I think the scale might show some very different numbers next weigh in........... :) Forgive me in advance.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
