I think I might start tracking my decimal numbers. I have to report a 1 pound gain, but it is really only a .5 gain. However since I haven't claimed them before, I won't start now. Workouts went OK last week. I am just going to keep plugging away with them and hope I can be more conscious of making good choices.

you're better than me...I'd have to gain about a .8 before I would count it as a lb. I'm only going to count 1/2 lbs even though my scale does more than that.
Keeping up with smaller fractions of a pound than that would drive me CRAZY (but sometimes even a .1 feels good LOL)
