Workout Wednesday

So I am going to do something a little different today. I want to know what you are CURRENTLY doing for excercise. Do you like it, is it working, and would you recommend it? If you are currently without excercise, this is the day to come up with a plan, and share that with us. Comment to let us know!!

I am currently doing workout videos at least 4 times a week. (they are between 30 minutes and just shy of an hour) I have been a little on and off, but am trying for consistancy. I do feel it is making a difference, if not in weight than at least in how firm I feel things are. I want to keep it up because they push me harder than I might push myself, but would love to add something outside now that the weather is agreeing.

I have an entire new workout plan. I hired a personal trainer - most of all because I need to be accountable to someone for my workouts. I just started this week - so we will see if it makes a big difference. If so - I will go into detail and then you all can get the same benefits. Wish me luck!!!!!

I am now just walking long distiances at a fast pace. I like to keep my heart rate between 110 and 120 (yep I have a monitor now ^_^) We will see what this change does.

I am doing a workout with my ball right now. It is what I did last year and it really worked out great for me and I am hoping it works out as well as it did last year. I don't follow any set tape or plan I basicly don't quit moving for at least 30 min and do different kinds of stretches and lunges and situps and some other stuff. It worked so good last year I hope it works again :)

My weekly workouts are: Mon, Wed and Fri: I do different workouts on my treadmill. Tues, I do a lower body workout video and thurs, I do an upper body workout video. sometimes on tues and thurs nights I will run on my treadmill. This had been working for me!!
