ON THE CHALLENGE

I have a lower ab workout that you will totally fill the next day, this is a add on to the challenge (hope you don't care) lie on your back and have your husband stand at the top of your head, grab onto his ankles for support and then, put your legs straigt up and have your husband push them down towards the ground (pretty hard) what the object is, is for you the wife laying on the ground to not let your feet hit the ground, so you need to stop your legs just before they hit the ground and then lift them back up and then your husband preceeds to push them back down. Do about 20 times, for different have him push them side to side also. Its hard!!! If you want to trade then trade and you push your husbands legs down also. (my husband had a hard time with this.)

We both tried it!! Holy crap!! Lot's harder then it sounds. We will definitely keep it up so we can have abs of steel.

I have done this exersice before. I love it. It is one of my favorites. A good way to challenge yourself more is to do this with ankle weights on. It is supper hard then. I usually like to do 3 sets of 20. By the 3 set, I am dieing :)
