Well more profanity from the Little Rascalls this week :) And I exersized this week too. Alfalfa was so nice and let me go for a walk a few times this week. But unfortunatley I am a +2 this week. I am going to make some changes this week and hopefully it all works out for both of us and you won't have to see any more profanity from us :)

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
