I am seriously wondering what the heck is wrong with me too. I am a +4 ARRRRRGGGGGG!!! It is so frustrating. I didn't work out as much as Alfalfa this week but I did work out and it seems to make the scale go the wrong way. Well I guess I just have to work a little harder at my eating habits and not be so stressed out all the time. Better luck to everyone else.

ya, stress works well at having the negitive effect on weight loss. Just think of it this way, it is a brand new week. Forget about last week and just start over :)
Hang in there. It will pay off, it has too. Even if the scale is wacky you will feel better for exercising than you would if you didn't.
I think you should follow Alfalfas advice. Healthy first - skinny later. It will come.
As long as your working out and eating right that is all that matters!! Don't be stressed that can affect your weight loss!
