I did something today that I never thought I would do. I signed up for a half marathon. I can't believe I am really going to run this race. Am I crazy or something:)

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

GOOD FOR YOU!!!! I ran the Provo River Half Marathon. It was so much fun!!! You'll love it!!!

WOW! I am amazed! Isn't this my sister who got "shin splints" running 100m in high school HA HA HA!!! Good for you. You are braver than I am. I hope you have a great time. Maybe I can be there to cheer you on!
