I tried to be good. I didn't exersize as much as I should but I still stayed with in my calorie intake most of the days. I am at a +1 for the week. I am not excited about that at all :(

Maintaining is a great place to be. You seem to be doing well at that, and with all the weight you have lost in the last couple of years, I would say that maintaining it is a perfect place to be. Hang in there. Just stay healthy and don't worry too much about the scale.
I agree with Cookie...maybe you should throw away the scale for awhile an concentrate on how you feel, how your clothes fit, etc. Too much discouragement isn't good...and do you really want to loose much more? Really...are you?
I agree with the other comments. Keep focusing on healthy things, not on the weight. Throw your scale away until after your 1/2 marathon and then reward yourself with something you have really wanted. Being able to throw yourself into accomplishing something like that without having to worry about weight in my opinion will help you more in the long run.
