I guess most of us had the same type of week. I worked hard again this past week and although I didn't lose anything, I didn't gain anything either. I am still kind of frustrated about the whole thing, but here are a couple of things that have helped me.
I didn't take any measurements like Thunderbuns did, but I do feel a difference in how my clothes are fitting me so hopefully that will continue.
The exercise has helped me have more energy for the day, and my stamina while I am exercising is increasing. (I could maybe even finish a 1K now ;) ).
A fellow Club Zero member told me their doctor mentioned that sometimes when a person starts an exercise regimen it takes several weeks for the weight loss to follow. I sure hope this is true because if I work this hard again for a third straight week and don't see some results on the scale I may just curl up in the fetal position with a gallon of ice cream and some Double Stuff Oreos and eat/cry myself to sleep :)

The mental picture of that makes me laugh!! So if you don't loose anything next week we have something to look forward to...we'll ask Darla to take pics!!
Way to stay positive, I like that healthy first skinny later, although I would really like the skinny now!! (i just need to work harder) Good job!
