Sorry it has been a couple of weeks. My scale doesn't live at my house (it keeps me less obsessed), but it sure makes it hard when I don't get to the scale each week. My daughter got sick and so we banished ourselves from the home of the scale (to avoid getting anyone else sick Darla and Hot Momma's babies especially) So anyway, no numbers to report, but I am still working on making good choices. A small NSV I was able to get a run in the other day and went further than ever - so I think I am making some slow progress. Maybe I can get to post some great numbers after being off the scale for a few weeks! Here's to hopin'

Good JOB!!!! If you feel healthier than the scale really does not matter!!! GREAT WORK with the running!!!!
Good job on the running...and if you want a scale of you're own...there are a lot of good ones out there for not too much. I saw a bunch at Target the other day. That way you can control better when you weigh and what you're wearing...Unless you like not having it at your house...just sayin :)
