Our Purpose
To help motivate and encourage weight loss and healthy living in a positive way.
To provide an accountability to our members through weekly weigh-ins.
To provide support to all members through comments and other sources of positive reinforcement.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

It is so hard to worry about what you eat when you feel rotten. Who are you?
I hate having a cold and trying to lose weight. Your body just wants to do what ever it wants. Good job on the 0 :)
