How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

oops...I meant to say I don't think it's the swimming...I think it's the gardening that's doing the work!!
I have to agree I think it is the gardening!!! I know those potatoes made me sore for a few days :)
