Our Purpose
To help motivate and encourage weight loss and healthy living in a positive way.
To provide an accountability to our members through weekly weigh-ins.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

I will have you know that biscuits and gravy are my all time favorite breakfast food in the whole wide world!!!!!!! .5 is not that bad - you can loose that by tomorrow. :)
