Is today weigh in day or are we not having a specific day? Just wondering because I WANT to report today :) I am happy to report -5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES YOU SAW RIGHT -5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry I am just a little excited that my hard work last week paid off. The scale is lower than I have seen it since spring last year so I am VERY HAPPY TODAY!!!!!!!!! Now to keep up the hard work and see what next week brings :)

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
