Mine is a -3 this week. However after lunch out with the swim group and Janet's tradition of Hot fudge sundae on the way home, and the Jazz game with Wells Fargo tonight I am sure that I willl not be weighing in tomorrow!!!!!

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.
