I was hoping for a -, but that crazy scale said +3. (I hate that thing) I am owning it, because I will also want to own my loss next week. This weeks goal - no seconds! Maybe that will help keep my eating under control. I am afraid it might be harder than I think. Oh well - hear we go again!

Don't worry :( It will come. Seconds is a huge challenge but it will make a ton of difference. THe one big thing tha we changed was not snacking after the kids go to bed. Helps a TON!!!
