I had sworn off the scales for months. Sadly, even since all the working out, the scale hasn't moved. (maybe that is why I hate that thing) HOWEVER - I am proud to say that for 2009 I held on to a -8!!
I would love to hear some other successes and goals for the next week ahead.
I am giving myself points each day for 5 servings of veggies. I know that sounds crazy, but if I mark it down it is more likely to happen. I hope this will keep my diet focused on the right kind of calories. Any good ideas on what I should get with points accumulated?

P.S. I heard to day (and I believe it) that exercise counts for 20% of weight loss the other 80% is nutrition. Good luck everyone!
