I'm going to have some biometric testing done today....it's a combination of weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, and I don't know what all else. I don't really want to know the truth...but maybe it will help in motivation...and participation puts me in the running for a cruise!! (not sure how...I'll have to get more details)

This is one of two tests, we will be able to see how well we do over the year.
Good luck! It is always a good idea to see what is going on inside - and a cruise - I would be so jelous :)
