Our Purpose
To help motivate and encourage weight loss and healthy living in a positive way.
To provide an accountability to our members through weekly weigh-ins.
To provide support to all members through comments and other sources of positive reinforcement.
To provide education and resorces through posts and links.
To enjoy our weight loss experience, and have fun!!

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

It is Poppy. I got that much on and could not figure out how to add to it. Bad computer skills. No loss, no gain. I guess with all the Jazz games and lunches of the week I should be content!!!!
