staying the same for me. It is my goal for the week not to get frustrated with the stupid scale. All my frustrations could be part of the reason that I am not losing anything. At least I have made good food choices all week and worked out every day as much as my knee would let me :)

No worries! It can't frustrate you if you don't let t (or if you don't get on:) Keep up the good choices!
If you have knee problems just work on the bike. No treadmill or running. That is what my knee Dr. told me.
