This is Razzle's hubby. I'm not a member of Club Zero, but I found this on MSN and thought it could be worth posting. (Many of you know that I like to stay educated on what is healthy and what is not; sadly I do eat alot, but I try to make healthy choices and moderate my "treats" if I can.) They show what to look for and what to avoid if you're going out to eat, and some of it was really eye-opening to me.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

Thanks for the good read. It was interesting. I think it's all about choices, but it's nice to know some resturants are at least making some good choices available - the trick is choosing them!
Why is it that all my favorites are on the list I don't want them to be on......guess it is an excellent thing that I go out to eat once in a blue moon.
