Today I tried to eat my exercise points.
Breakfast- Taggart's pita and applesauce(6)
Lunch- big salad and a taggart's pita(6)
Snack- 2 apples(2)
Dinner- Navajo tacos on pitas (can you tell I like those pitas ^_^) (8)
Water- 4 20oz water bottles
Exersize- 30 min on treadmill and 30 min lowerbody
I didn't eat all my exersize points but a few :)

Looks better. You have to eat to have weight loss. But weight loss is not what you need. You are maintaining and that is great!!!!!. The excersise is great but remember not everyone looks good in a bikini even if we are thin. (Mom's know more than you think sometimes.)
Sounds better!!! If all you have to have is those pitas to eat good by all means come up once a week and get them :)
seriously stop talking about taggarts....it's too close to me :)
