I have to report a +1 for the week. I think I took my goal of eating more out of proportion. This week I am not setting a goal to eat more but to eat smart. I also have to find myself in all of this. I think that I am not having the success that I could because I am doing it all for the wrong reasons. I will not be posting my daily journal anymore because I need to be doing this for myself, not for anyone else. Thanks everyone for the support. I will still be here as a member, I will just not be posting everyday :)

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

Razzle...I'm confused. I thought you were posting every day so we could help you. That's what we're here for...to help each other.
Don't let a 1 lb gain chase you away into a place where you starve yourself in isolation. stick around, post your food so we can help you see the areas you're lacking in. (i.e. dairy and veggies)
Don't get so down on youself. pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep going...that's what I'm doing this week!!

Honestly, it isn't that you are hard on me and I love your help. I just decided that I am doing this weightloss thing for you guys and for zach. I need to do it for myself or it wont work for me. I still love all of you and love the help you have given me.
I am not being chased away from my gain, just need to find myself in all of this crazyness. Thank you all for your support.
