Me Too

I am reporting a ZERO for the week too. Walking must have helped me because I snacked way too much last week and probably should have gained a pound or two. Hope our trip doesn't add to the numbers for next week. I will try to be good. ALFALFA

It has been so nice to walk outside and then today and yesterday had to be crappy, Keep up the good work!!
