I'm at -5! I've been trying to eat really good... even though I struggle on the weekends. I've also been trying to be more active, even if I have to do but squeezes while I'm doing the dishes, flex my stomach while I'm driving, or squats while I'm holding a baby. Woohoo!

Wow!!! That is exactly what I need to do. I spend enough time doing dishes that I will have a fabulous but in no time :) Congratulations!!!
ha, ha!! That should be the offical exercise of the week!! I'm sure the wives would like the men to work on that too :)
