This morning wasn't the best one for the scale. I gained 1 lb from last week. Which puts me at...you guessed it...0. No, I am not very happy with what the scale reads especially since I have been working so hard at the gym and eating right. I have to not think about what the scale says and think about how much better all my cloths fit :) I was told a tip by one of the teachers at WW when I went on Saturday that I should be eating my exercise points. My body needs the extra calories. So, that is my goal for the week. To eat more :)

YEAH FOR WEIGHT WATCHERS!!!!! And hip hip hurray for your goal!!! I have to admit you had me very worried about you last week. Please please please take care of yourself!!!!
THANK FREAKING HEAVENS!!!! And I beg to differ I don't think you have been eating right. Take a look back and count how many vegies you ate. NOT MANY!!! Make sure you eat all your guidelines and maybe those krispy cremes don't look too bad because no where in our rules does it say you can't eat them. :)
I bet it will make all the difference. I am glad to see the change in goals. Have fun with your workouts this week. Remember wisdom and order:)
Did you see the week on Biggest Loser when Bob got after Mike for that? He went from losing about 2 lbs to losing like 10lbs a week.
Now remember that the biggest loser isn't real life and we don't want you losing 10 lbs this week...but I think Bob made a good point when he said that the biggest mistake people make at the ranch is not eating enough. Seems strange...but I bet it will work for you too.
Just work for a good healthy balance and add calories in a good way (and don't be afraid to add a treat or two in there...it won't kill you :) mmmmm slow churned thin mint ice cream....mmmmm (oops..got off track there :)
