Breakfast- 2 pieces of bread before I went to the gym(4)
Lunch- Mac & Cheese (16) ya, I ate the whole box myself :(
Snack- More bread(2)
Dinner- Cafe Rio Sweet Pork Salad W/whole wheat tortilla (?)
Water- 1 20 oz and 2 classes w/dinner
Exercise-45 min on treadmill, 10 min lower body, and 10 min streaching
Wow, I ate a lot today
