Breakfast- yogurt w/grapenuts(5)
Snack- Banana(2)
Lunch- PB&J(8)
Dinner- PB&J(8)
Snack- apple(1)
Boring I know but I am in a peanut butter thing right now :)
Water- 4 20 oz
Exercise- (morning) 30 mi n on bike, (night) 30 min on elliptical and 30 min on treadmill.
