I did my weigh in this morning and I gained some weight this week - +.5 - I am not happy about that - but what do I do - just do better this week. My goal for the week is to exercise 5 days a week. I have really slacked on that. I know that when I do get in some physical exercise I feel so much better - so I need to just remember that when I am making up excuses as to why I am too busy to go. That isn't too bad. It could be lots worse. Don't worry this week will be better. You can do It!!!
eh....5 could just mean you need to pee :) (sorry if that's crude..LOL)
I'm sure the .5 will be gone next week and even more with it!
