Our Purpose
To help motivate and encourage weight loss and healthy living in a positive way.
To provide an accountability to our members through weekly weigh-ins.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

Aww, you can't see the whole image!
There are to many to choose from, I am more than one of them just depends on the day!!!
I would say both Fogarty and I are the ones who get hurt. Not a good combination, but probably true!
Electrocution, stress fractures, broken nose, numerous stitches, torn hamstring, . . . wow this list is long:)
I would have to say it depends on the time of day :)
