How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

You can do it!!!! this week is another week!!
I only wish it would quit snowing so we could actually get serious. It is so hard to do anything when you are stuck inside. Just think of all the gardening and maybe that will work :)
