Today was harder since I had work off I thought.
Breadfast- 2 muffins and a slice of banana bread(6)
Snack- Peaches and cottage cheese(4)
Lunch- bowl of grapenuts(5)
Dinner- left over Japanese food(10)
Water- 4 20 oz waterbottles
Exercise- (morning) 30 min on bike, 20 min doing abs and a couple sets of squats (night) 60 min on elliptical, 30 min on bike - all I have to say is I love the cardio cinema :) 30 min doing lower body.
A bad point day but I just couldn't stay satisfied today :)

um I think you couldn't stay satisfied because you worked out for 6 1/2 hours in the last 2 days and ate next to NOTHING yesterday. And your body was telling you to EAT!!!!! So I am glad you did.
